摘要
为了更好地实现电动汽车电动机的热管理性能,以新能源汽车油冷电动机中某减速器油路为例,利用Fluent数值分析了减速器油路差速器支路对电动机出油口流量的影响。得出的数值分析结果与试验相吻合,并且进一步分析了润滑油黏度变化及油泵入口流量变化后各个出口流量的变化,为以后油路设计分析提供了参考依据。
To better realize the thermal management of electric vehicle motors,this paper takes a reducer oil circuit of a new energy vehicle oil-cooled motor as an example,and uses Fluent to numerically analyze the influence of the differential branch of the reducer oil circuit on the flow rate of the motor oil outlet.The results show that the numerical analysis results obtained after comparison are consistent with the experiment.And the changes of each outlet flow rate after the change of lubricating oil viscosity and the inlet flow rate of the oil pump are further analyzed.This analysis provides a reference for future oil circuit design analysis.
