摘要
基于IEC 61513标准,深入探讨了核电厂在功能安全管理中面临的主要挑战,并提出了创新性的解决方案。研究分析了核电行业在应用该标准时遇到的实际问题,尤其是在新型核电技术和极端环境下的适应性问题。通过引入人工智能、大数据分析和物联网等前沿技术,展示了这些技术在提升核电厂安全性和实时监控能力方面的潜力。研究结果表明,尽管现有的功能安全管理体系在常规运行中表现良好,但在应对新技术和极端条件时仍有改进空间。最后,为核电行业的未来发展提供了新的思路,并对IEC 61513标准的优化提出了建议。
Based on IEC 61513,the main challenges in the functional safety management of nuclear power plants are discussed in depth and innovative solutions are proposed.The practical problems encountered in the application of the standard in the nuclear power industry are analyzed,especially the adaptability in the new nuclear power technology and the extreme environment.By introducing cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data analytics and the Internet of Things,the potential of these technologies to enhance the safety and real-time monitoring capabilities of nuclear power plants is demonstrated.The research results indicate that although the existing functional safety management system performs well in routine operation,there is still room for improvement in dealing with new technologies and extreme conditions.Finally,new ideas are provided for the future development of the nuclear power industry and suggestions are proposed for optimizing the IEC 61513 standard.
