上古低渗透气藏零碳节能循环回收工艺效果试验评价

摘要 在鄂尔多斯盆地气井储层改造过程中,近年来为了能增大储层泄流面积,较多的采用了水平井及体积压裂工艺。随着水平段的不断增长,压裂段数的不断增多,施工规模的不断增大,压裂过程中进入地层的液体数量也不断增加。伴随着气井投产后产液不断增多,严重时可将井筒“水淹”导致停产。传统复产解决方法是采用井口和集气站放空,此种方法不环保也存在安全风险。长庆油田在鄂尔多斯东部气井的开采过程中,发现通过在井口和集气站安装撬装放空回收装置,能有效的解决井口复产,同时也兼顾将之前大气放空逸散的天然气重新回收,即达到了气井复产目的,也起到了节约能源的目的,这项“双赢”举措值得推广借鉴。 In the process of reservoir reconstruction of gas wells in Ordos Basin,horizontal wells and volumetric fracturing techniques have been adopted in recent years in order to increase reservoir drainage area.With the continuous growth of horizontal sections,the number of fracturing stages and the construction scale,the amount of liquid entering the formation during fracturing is also increasing.With the increasing production of fluid after the gas well is put into operation,it can"flood"the wellbore and cause production to stop in serious cases.The traditional solution to resume production is to use the well head and gas collection station to vent,which is not environmentally friendly and has safety risks.In the process of gas well exploitation in the east of Ordos, Changqing oilfield found that by installing a pry vent recovery device at the wellhead and gas gathering station, it can effectively solve the problem of wellhead recovery, and at the same time, it also takes into account the recovery of the natural gas previously released by the air, that is, to achieve the purpose of gas well recovery and to save energy. This "win-win" measure is worthy of promotion and reference.
