一种新型晶种早强剂的制备及应用

摘要 针对低温下水泥浆强度发展慢的难点,通过对晶种早强剂的最佳合成工艺进行确认,制备出一种新型晶种早强剂,并对该晶种早强剂在固井水泥浆中的应用效果进行评价。结果表明:控制合成时间8 h、合成温度为25℃、钙硅质量比为1.0,并配合表面活性剂聚乙二醇及聚羧酸分散剂为最佳合成工艺条件;新型晶种早强剂能够有效提高低温下固井水泥浆的早期性能,在泥线温度(4℃)下,密度1.9 g/cm~3,水泥石283 min后开始起强度,强度发展迅速,24 h的抗压强度超过3.5 MPa。 Aiming at the difficulty of slow development of low-temperature slurry strength,a new type seed crystal early strength agent was prepared by confirming the best synthesis technology of seed crystal early strength agent,and the application effect of the seed crystal early strength agent in cementing slurry was evaluated.The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions were controlled 8 h,temperature 25℃,calcium-silicon ratio 1.0,combined with surfactant polyethylene glycol and polycarboxylic acid dispersant.The new seed crystal early strength agent can effectively improve the early performance of cementing slurry at low temperature.Under the mud line temperature(4℃),the density of 1.9 g/cm3,the strength of cement stone starts at 283 min,and the strength develops rapidly.The compressive strength of 24 h exceeds 3.5 MPa.
