基于谱元法的任意边界层合圆柱壳振动特性分析

摘要 随着复合材料应用越来越广泛,其振动特性成为相关工程与学术研究热点。基于层合理论,采用谱元法建立了层合圆柱壳动力学计算模型,给出了层合圆柱壳动刚度矩阵表达式。与有限元计算固有频率和振动位移曲线对比,验证了计算方法的正确性。进一步分析了层合圆柱壳两端弹性边界条件对层合圆柱壳固有频率的影响,给出了层合圆柱壳三个方向的机械阻抗曲线,并研究了弹性边界对机械阻抗的影响。研究发现,两端弹性刚度增加,固有频率升高,机械阻抗共振峰向高频移动。研究结果可为工程中层合圆柱壳的声学设计提供参考。 With increasing application of composite materials,their vibration characteristics become a hot study topic in related engineering and academic studies.Here,based on the theory of laminated plate and shell,the spectral element method was used to establish a dynamic calculation model for laminated cylindrical shell,and give an expression for dynamic stiffness matrix of laminated cylindrical shell.Compared with natural frequencies and vibration displacement curves obtained using finite element calculation,the correctness of the proposed calculation method was verified.Furthermore,effects of elastic boundary conditions at both ends of laminated cylindrical shell on its natural frequencies were studied to give its mechanical impedance curves in 3 directions,and effects of elastic boundaries on mechanical impedances of laminated cylindrical shell also were studied.The study results showed that with increase in elastic stiffnesses at both ends,natural frequencies rise and mechanical impedance resonance peaks shift towards higher frequencies;the study results can provide a reference for acoustic design of laminated cylindrical shells in engineering.
