湿度对116种挥发性有机物在线监测结果影响的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了在0%、10%、50%和80%不同湿度下116种挥发性有机物于在线气相色谱质谱监测系统上的响应变化情况。实验结果表明:加湿后PAMS中C2~C4化合物受影响较小,C5~C7物质受湿度影响没有明显规律,C8及C8以上物质响应明显增强;TO-15中低沸点物质响应下降,而高沸点物质响应却增强;醛酮类化合物响应普遍增强。从不同维度分析了水汽的影响机理,主要包括水分子和VOCs竞争吸附管壁的活性位点;水膜溶解强极性的VOCs降低了VOCs响应;水分子和VOCs竞争吸附填料表面导致VOCs穿透。 In this paper,the response of 116 VOCs to different humidities(0%,10%,50%and 80%)was studied using online GC-MS systems.The experimental results showed that after humidification,C2-C4 compounds in PAMS were less affected,C5-C7 compounds were not significantly affected by humidity,and the response of C8 and above C8 compounds was obviously enhanced.In TO-15,the response of low-boiling substances decreased,while the response of high-boiling substances increased.The response of aldehydes and ketones was generally enhanced.The influence mechanism of water vapor was analyzed from different dimensions,including water molecules and VOCs compete the active sites of tube wall.The water film dissolves highly polar VOCs reduced VOCs response,water molecules and VOCs competing for the surface of the filler caused penetration of VOCs.
