摘要
目的:总结探讨西藏某医院DIP付费方式改革情况,为其他医院实施DIP改革提供借鉴思路。方法:以某医院为研究个案,总结改革实践经验,分析存在的问题并提出解决问题的对策建议。结果:改革中发现医院管理中存在DIP付费政策掌握不够、结算清单上传错误、病案管理不专业及成本管控较弱及信息支撑不足等问题,提出加强医院运营管理、加强病种成本管理、制定DIP成本临床路径、完善信息化建设及加强DIP政策培训等管理对策。结论:加强成本控制,加强医院精细管理,优化医疗机构DIP付费改革工作,提升医院管理效率和医疗服务质量。
Objective:Based on the pilot hospital DIP payment method reform,actively explore the local reform implementation experience,to provide reference ideas for other hospitals to implement DIP reform.Methods:Taking Hospital S as a research case,based on the reform practice,the research idea and methodology are to find out the problems,analyze the problems and solve the problems.Results:The reform found that there are problems in hospital management such as insufficient mastery of DIP payment policy,wrong uploading of settlement list,unprofessional case management and weak cost control and insufficient information support,etc.It puts forward management countermeasures such as strengthening the hospital operation management,strengthening the cost management of disease types,formulating the clinical pathway of DIP cost,perfecting the informationization construction and strengthening the training of DIP policy.Conclusion:The reform forces hospitals to change their management concepts and strengthen their fine management,and this study provides reference and inspiration for medical organizations to carry out DIP payment reform.
