富水砂卵石地层大直径盾构施工近接既有建(构)筑物施工技术

Construction Technology of Large-diameter Shield Tunnel Construction in Water-rich Sand and Gravel Strata Closing the Existing Buildings

摘要 依托成都地铁13号线工程,针对盾构右线隧道下穿自来水有限公司城西管网所,通过设置自动全站仪系统进行监测获取了施工期间既有建(构)筑物的变形数据。研究结果表明:隧道下穿过程中,既有建(构)筑物的沉降主要可分为三个阶段:盾构近接时的沉降波动、盾构穿越时的快速沉降、盾构远离后的沉降稳定;根据隧道开挖对既有建(构)筑物的影响规律,发现距离下穿隧道越近的建筑越不安全,应在盾构到达之前以及盾构下穿时采取保护措施,确保既有建(构)筑物的沉降变形在可控范围内;在盾构下穿既有建筑物时,应该重点关注盾构近接和远离端的监测与沉降防护工作;盾构下穿过程中地表沉降除呈现“盾构近接时的沉降波动、盾构穿越时的快速沉降、盾构远离后的沉降稳定”三个阶段外,沉降曲线还具有凹、凸两个特点,其中凹型沉降曲线表明沉降更加剧烈。 Based on the Chengdu Metro Line 13 project,the shield right line tunnel passes through the west pipe network station of the Water Supply Co.,Ltd.,and the deformation data of the existing buildings(structures)during the construction period were obtained by setting up an automatic total station system for monitoring.The research results show that during the process of tunnel penetration,the settlement of existing buildings(structures)can be mainly divided into three stages:settlement fluctuations when the shield approaches,rapid settlement when the shield crosses,and settlement and stable after the shield moves away;According to the influence of tunnel excavation on existing buildings(structures),it is found that the closer the building is to the underpass tunnel,the more unsafe it is.Protective measures should be taken before the shield arrives and when the shield goes under to ensure that both The settlement deformation of existing buildings(structures)is within the controllable range;When the shield tunnel penetrates the existing building,focus should be paid to the monitoring and settlement protection of the near and far ends of the shield tunnel;In addition to showing the three stages of"settlement fluctuations when the shield approaches,rapid settlement when the shield crosses,and stable settlement after the shield moves away",the settlement curve is also characterized by concave and convex.The concave settlement curve indicates that the settlement is more severe.
