摘要
中国式现代化的政治正义是以马克思主义政治正义观念为基础,对政治正义进行不断探索、实践、证成、发展的结果。从类型学视角出发,中国式现代化的政治正义结构可概括为“基源型”政治正义、交往型政治正义、分配型政治正义、发展型政治正义四种类型。中国式现代化政治正义的运行,遵循“制度—文化”的互动共生逻辑、“全领域—全周期”式的政治正义保障与发展逻辑、“实践—效能”导向的政治正义调适与创新逻辑,其使中国式现代化政治正义的证成、演进、实践转化过程呈现出鲜明特色。在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程中,中国式现代化的政治正义将不断实现内容的扩展、结构的优化及评价体系的制度化等。
The political justice of the Chinese-style modernization is the result of continuous exploration,practice,proof and development of the political justice based on Marxist concept of political justice.From the perspective of typology,the structure of political justice in the Chinese-style modernization can be summarized into four types:“source-type”political justice,“interaction-type”political justice,“distributive-type”political justice and“developmental-type”political justice.The operation of the Chinese-style modern political justice follows the interactive symbiotic logic of“system-culture”,the logic of“all-field-full cycle”of political justice guarantee and development,and the logic of“practice-effectiveness”oriented political justice adjustment and innovation,which makes the process of the realization,evolution and practice transformation of the Chinese-style modern political justice show distinctive characteristics.In the new journey of building China into a modern socialist country in all respects,the political justice of Chinese-style modernization will continue to realize the expansion of content,the optimization of structure and the institutionalization of evaluation system.
