冷滚打花键表层参数模型建立

摘要 为了研究冷滚打花键表层参数情况,优化冷滚打花键表层性能,以20钢的冷滚打花键为样本,进行显微硬度与XRD试验,绘制了齿廓不同部位的硬度与残余应力分布曲线,分析了冷滚打花键表层硬度、残余应力、位错密度的关系,并建立了三者的理论模型。结果表明:花键表层的硬度、残余应力、位错密度从齿根到齿顶呈降低趋势;在相同的加工参数下,硬度随残余应力或位错密度的增加而增长,且增长趋势逐渐降低;所建立的表层参数模型实现了硬度、残余应力与位错密度之间的相互预测,为控制冷滚打花键工艺的表面质量、提高花键的使用性能提供了理论参考。 In order to study the surface parameter distribution of the cold roll‐beating spline and optimize the surface performance of the cold roll‐beating spline,micro‐hardness and XRD tests were carried out on the cold roll‐beating spline of 20 steel.The hardness and residual stress distribution curves of different parts of the tooth profile were drawn,and the relationship between surface hardness,residual stress and dislocation density was analyzed.A theoretical model of the three factors was established.The results show that the hardness,residual stress and dislocation density of spline surface layer decrease from the root to the top of the tooth.Under the same processing parameters,the hardness increases with the increase of residual stress or dislocation density,and the increasing trend decreases gradually.The established surface parameter model realizes the mutual prediction of hardness,residual stress and dislocation density,and provides a theoretical reference for controlling the surface quality of cold roll‐beating spline technology and improving the performance of spline.
