摘要
汽车发动机失火是较为常见且严重的一种故障模式。油路、电路和机械零件中的异常均可能导致发动机失火,从而影响发动机工作的动力性、经济性和稳定性,造成排放增加无法满足法规要求、产生额外的经济成本。依据工程实际,对某发动机失火故障的原因进行分析和诊断,对失火故障的排查思路进行探究和总结,并提出对应的改善建议。
Automobile engine misfire is a relatively common and serious failure mode.Abnormalities in the oil circuit,circuit and machine element may lead to engine misfire,thus affecting the power,economy and stability of the engine,resulting in increased emissions that do not meet regulatory requirements and generating additional economic costs.Based on the engineering practice,this paper summarizes the cause analysis and diagnosis methods of an engine misfire fault,explores and summarizes the troubleshooting ideas of misfire fault,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions.
