摘要
以某混合动力车型热管理系统的中温回路为研究对象,分析中温回路热管理性能对整车油耗的影响,并进行优化设计。利用一维仿真软件GT-Suite搭建整车热管理系统仿真模型,进行中温回路优化前后的仿真分析,评估优化方案的热管理性能和油耗收益,并进行实车测试验证,确认优化设计的效果。
This article takes the medium temperature circuit of a hybrid electric vehicle's thermal management system as the research object,analyzes the impact of the thermal management performance of the medium temperature circuit on the overall fuel consumption of the vehicle,and optimizes the design.The article uses the one-dimensional simulation software GT-Suite to build a simulation model for the vehicle thermal management system,and conducts simulation analysis before and after the optimization of the intermediate temperature circuit to evaluate the thermal management performance and fuel consumption benefits of the optimization scheme.Finally,actual vehicle testing was conducted to verify the effectiveness of the optimized design.
