水下爆破气泡帷幕参数分析及鱼类防护研究

摘要 为解决气泡帷幕应用于水下爆破中鱼类防护时的参数设计问题,通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA研究了不同气泡帷幕方案对冲击波峰值应力的影响,发现炸药药量、炸药帷幕间距以及气泡帷幕厚度与帷幕后冲击波峰值间存在非线性耦合变化特性;通过最小二乘法拟合以及三次样条插值得到了帷幕方案参数与冲击波峰值应力间拟合插值结果,并将结果与ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟结果比较验证了其准确性;基于拟合插值方法,以典型鱼类为例进行水下爆破下气泡帷幕参数制定研究,得出了不同气泡帷幕厚度下,保障鱼类安全存活的炸药帷幕间距以及炸药药量的取值范围,为气泡帷幕应用于水下爆破鱼类防护提供重要参考。 In order to solve the parameter design problem of using bubble curtains for fish protection in underwater blasting,the influence of different bubble curtain schemes on the peak stress of shock waves was studied using ANSYS/LS-DYNA.It was found that there is a nonlinear coupling change between the explosive dosage,blast center distance,bubble curtain thickness,and the peak value of shock waves behind the curtain;The fitting interpolation results between the parameters of the curtain scheme and the peak stress of the shock wave were obtained through least squares fitting and cubic spline interpolation,and their accuracy was verified by comparing the fitting interpolation results with ANSYS/LS-DYNA simulation results;Based on the fitting interpolation method,a study was conducted on the parameter formulation of bubble curtains under underwater blasting using typical fish as an example.The range of values for the distance between the explosion centers and the explosive dosage to ensure the safe survival of fish under different bubble curtain thicknesses was obtained,providing important reference for the application of bubble curtains in fish protection in underwater blasting.
