摘要
【目的】摸清万年青属植物在广西大瑶山国家级自然保护区的物种数量及形态特征,为未来该属野生种质资源的保护、开发和利用奠定基础。【方法】在广西大瑶山国家级自然保护区基于样方法和样线法开展野生植物多样性调查,记录并采集疑似隶属于天门冬科万年青属Rohdea Roth的植物,将其引种至广西壮族自治区亚热带作物研究所培养至开花期,根据其形态特征进行物种鉴定。【结果】对引种植被的花器进行解剖后发现,在花被筒顶端均有附属物,且与雄蕊相连,但不同之处在于花被筒和雄蕊的内表面光滑,花被筒内表面有6个肋状突起,环状多肉附属物向外膨大,表面光滑,基部具膨大的三角形花丝与附属物。根据上述特征将引种植物鉴定为南岭开口箭(Rohdeabrachyanthera W.B.Liao,Y.N.Gong&H.Z.Feng)。南岭开口箭花冠筒喉部具有肉质环状附属物,其花被筒和花丝结构独特,显著区别于该属内的已知物种万年青〔Rohdeajaponica(Thunb.)Roth〕、筒花开口箭〔Rohdeadelavayi(Franch.)N.Tanaka〕和弯蕊开口箭〔Rohdeawattii(C.B.Clarke)Yamashita&M.N.Tamura〕。【结论】南岭开口箭鉴定为广西新记录种,为未来万年青属植物野生种质资源的保护、开发和可持续利用提供了科学资料和参考。
【Objective】This study aimed to comprehensively ascertain the number of species and morphological characteristics of the Rohdea plants in Guangxi Dayaoshan National Nature Reserve,in order to lay a foundation for the future conservation,development,and utilization of wild germplasm resources of this genus.【Method】An extensive survey of plant diversity in Guangxi Dayaoshan National Nature Reserve was conducted based on quadrat and line transect methods.The plants seemed to be genus Rohdea Roth of Asparagaceae were first recorded,then collected and introduced to Guangxi Subtropical Crops Research Institute and cultivated.At flowering stage,species identification was conducted based on their morphological characteristics.【Result】The flowers of the population in Guangxi Dayaoshan National Nature Reserve was dissected.It was found that the population flowers had appendages connected with stamen on the top of perigone tube,but the differences from other species were the smooth inner surface of perianth and stamen,having six costal protrusions in the inner surface of perigone tube,outward-expanding ring-shape succulent appendage with smooth surface,and triangular filaments and appendages with expended base.【Conclusion】Rohdea brachyanthera W.B.Liao,Y.N.Gong&H.Z.Feng has succulent ring-shape appendage on the throat of the corolla tube.Its unique structure in perianth tube and filament differs itself from the known species such as Rohdea japonica(Thunb.)Roth,Rohdea delavayi(Franch.)N.Tanaka and Rohdea wattii(C.B.Clarke)Yamashita&M.N.Tamura,making it a newly identified species in Guangxi.This could provide scientific information and a reference for presevation,development and sustainable utilization of the germplasm resources of wild Rohdea plants.
