摘要
聚氨酯(PU)改性沥青是一种新型道路养护材料,通过引入PU组分显著提升了传统沥青的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、耐水性和耐久性。为更好地促进PU改性沥青在道路养护中的应用,该文总结分析了聚氨酯改性沥青材料在道路裂缝修补、薄层铺装和抗疲劳路面等方面的研究进展,主要包括优化制备工艺、提升材料性能及降低成本等方向。同时,开发更具耐久性、可持续性和环保性的PU改性沥青也成为未来研究的重点方向,该材料有望在未来道路养护中获得更广泛的应用。
Polyurethane(PU)modified asphalt is a novel road maintenance material.By introducing PU components,it significantly enhances the high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance,water resistance,and durability of traditional asphalt.To better promote the application of PU modified asphalt in road maintenance,the research progress of PU modified asphalt materials in road crack repair,thin-layer paving,and fatigue-resistant pavements is summarized and analyzed,mainly including optimizing preparation processes,enhancing material performance,and reducing costs.At the same time,the development of more durable,sustainable,and environmentally friendly PU modified asphalt has become a key focus for future research.This material is expected to gain wider application in future road maintenance.
