摘要
为了探究环氧树脂对冷再生沥青混合料路用性能的影响,将环氧树脂掺入AC-13级配冷再生沥青混合料进行改性,通过车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验以及冻融劈裂试验,针对环氧树脂改性冷再生沥青混合料的路用性能指标展开系统评估。结果表明,环氧树脂的加入能够显著提升冷再生沥青混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性。经环氧树脂改性后,沥青混合料的动稳定度、残留马歇尔稳定度及冻融劈裂强度比均较未改性更优。因此,掺入环氧树脂可以有效改善冷再生沥青混合料的路用性能,为沥青路面的维修和改造提供了一种新的高性能材料选择。
In order to explore the influence of epoxy resin on the road performance of cold recycled asphalt mixture,epoxy resin was incorporated into AC-13 grade cold recycled asphalt mixture for modification.Through rutting test,immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test,the road performance indexes of epoxy resin modified cold recycled asphalt mixture was systematically evaluated.The results show that the addition of epoxy resin can significantly improve the high temperature stability and water stability of cold recycled asphalt mixture.After modified by epoxy resin,the dynamic stability,residual Marshall stability and freezethaw splitting strength ratio of asphalt mixture are better than those of unmodified asphalt mixture.Therefore,the incorporation of epoxy resin can effectively improve the road performance of cold recycled asphalt mixture,which provides a new high-performance material choice for the maintenance and transformation of asphalt pavement.
