摘要
钛酸锂电池具有结构稳定、安全性能好、循环寿命高等特点,但钛酸锂负极材料致密性、厚度、活性成分比例均对电池的能量密度和循环稳定性有一定影响。该研究采用SEM表征、充放电循环、线性循环伏安等测试手段对不同制备工艺下的钛酸锂电池进行长循环稳定性测试与分析,并获得最优的制备工艺,对钛酸锂的研究具有重要的参考价值。
Lithium titanate battery has the characteristics of stable structure,good safety performance and high cycle life.However,the density,thickness and active component ratio of the lithium titanate anode material have certain effects on the energy density and cycle stability of the battery.In this study,SEM,charge-discharge cycle and linear cyclic voltammetry were used to test and analyze the long cycle stability of lithium titanate batteries under different preparation processes.The optimal preparation process was obtained,which has important reference value for the research of lithium titanate.
