体外膜肺氧合技术在战创伤救治中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)技术,作为一种先进的心肺辅助支持手段,已在民用医疗中取得了显著成效,并在战伤救治领域展现出巨大潜力。本文就ECMO技术在战创伤救治中的应用进展进行综述,包括ECMO技术的简介(原理、适应证、并发症、应用模式)、民用领域应用现状、该项技术的战场需求、应用进展以及未来展望。ECMO技术能有效治疗战创伤所导致的严重心血管事件、肺衰竭、烧伤、吸入性损伤等,并且可应用于战场环境中伤病员的转运,显著提升伤员的生存率和康复质量。进一步开发集成化、便携式的ECMO系统以及建立专业化的一线体外生命支持分队,将是提升战场救治能力的关键。 Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation(ECMO)technology,as an advanced cardiopulmonary support method,has achieved remarkable success in the field of civilian medical care and has shown great potential in the treatment of combat injuries.This review discusses the application progress of ECMO technology in the treatment of combat injuries,including an overview of ECMO tech-nology(principles,indications,complications,application modes),its current application status in civilian fields,battlefield require-ments,application progress,and future prospects.ECMO technology can effectively treat serious cardiovascular events,pulmonary fail-ure,burns,inhalation injuries,and other conditions caused by combat injuries,and can be applied to the transport of injured person-nel,significantly improving the survival rate and quality of recovery of the wounded.The further development of integrated and portable ECMO system and the establishment of professional first-line extracorporeal life support teams will be the key to improving battlefield treatment capabilities.
