摘要
目的分析贝前列素钠在预防自体血管内瘘经皮腔内血管成形(PTA)术后再狭窄的效果。方法选择2021年1月至12月在本院接受治疗的60例自体血管内瘘PTA术后患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组给予氯吡格雷口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予贝前列素钠片口服治疗。比较两组患者术后1 d、1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月的血管内瘘B超检查情况(血液流速、狭窄处血管内径、血管狭窄率)、血透时血流量、并发症发生情况、总通畅时间、半年内再干预率、1年内再干预率。结果观察组术后3个月、6个月、12个月的血液流速、狭窄处血管内径及血透时血流量均高于对照组,血管狭窄率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率、半年内再干预率、1年内再干预率均低于对照组,总通畅时间高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PTA术后给予贝前列素钠治疗,可有效预防自体血管内瘘再狭窄,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze the effect of beprost sodium in preventing restenosis after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA)of autovascular fistula.Methods 60 patients with PTA after autologous vascular fistula admitted from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given clopidogrel oral treatment after autologous vascular fistula PTA,and the experimental group was given beprost sodium tablet oral treatment based on the control group.The B-ultrasound examination of intravascular fistula(blood flow rate,internal diameter of stenosis and rate of stenosis),blood flow during hemodialysis at 1 d,1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation,complications,total patency time,re-intervention rate within six months and re-intervention rate within one year were compared between the two groups.Results The blood velocity,the inner diameter of the stenosis vessel and the blood flow at hemodialysis in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation,and the rate of vascular stenosis was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate,re-intervention rate within six months and re-intervention rate within one year in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the total patency time was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment with beprost sodium after PTA operation can effectively prevent restenosis of autovascular fistula and reduce the incidence of complications.
