摘要
苏里格气田随着开发深入,气井普遍产水,且低产低效井占比高,气井自主携液能力弱,容易出现井筒积液,甚至水淹停产问题,从而缩短气井生命周期和降低气井采收率。近年来,苏里格气田苏X区块大规模开展了泡沫排水采气、柱塞气举和解水锁等工艺,均取得较好的效果,速度管柱作为重要排水采气工艺,对其研究显得越来越重要。为此,通过不同管柱对产能的影响分析,临界携液流量、井筒压力损失,冲蚀流量研究分析,并结合历年区块内速度管柱井生产情况对比分析,明确适合区块内的速度管柱下入时机、油管尺寸和选井条件,为后续该工艺的有效实施提供技术基础。
With the development of Sulige Gas Field deepens,gas wells generally produce water,and the proportion of low gas production and low efficiency wells becomes high.Due to the weak autonomous liquid carrying capacity of gas wells,It is prone to occur wellbore fluid accumulation,even Production stopped because of flooding,thereby shortening the life cycle of the gas well and reducing the recovery rate of the gas well.In recent years,SuX block of Sulige Gas Field has carried out large-scale foam drainage gas production,plunger gas lift and water lock removal processes,all of which have achieved good results.As an important drainage gas production process,the research on velocity pipe strings process is becoming more and more important.Therefore,this article analyzes the impact of different pipe strings on production capacity of gas well,calculates and analyzes the critical liquid carrying flow rate,wellbore pressure loss,erosion flow rate,and compares and analyzes the production situation of gas well with velocity pipe strings in the blocks over the years.It clarifies the suitable timing of entering the well for velocity pipe string,tubing size,and selection conditions in the blocks.Furthermore,it provides a technical basis for the effective implementation of this process in the future.
