摘要
【目的】探明菇渣与粉煤灰这两种废弃物资源在农业上的再利用,特别是作为生菜育苗基质的可能性。【方法】以不同体积比的菇渣和粉煤灰混配基质(80∶20,60∶40,50∶50,40∶60,20∶80),以商业育苗基质为对照,测定了容重、通气孔隙度、持水孔隙度、大小孔隙比、总孔隙度以及、pH和EC值。研究混配基质的理化性状,以及混配基质对生菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。【结果】随着粉煤灰含量的增加,混配基质的容重显著提高,提高了0.08~0.4 g/cm^(3),通气孔隙度提高0.11%、大小孔隙比提高0.04%,总体呈现上升趋势,总孔隙度降低了12.36%、持水孔隙度降低了12.44%、pH和EC值逐渐减小,氮、磷、钾含量总体呈现下降趋势;处理T1发芽率、发芽指数最高,生菜出苗率高于对照,提升32.67%,显著提高了生菜幼苗的鲜重、株高和叶片数等生长指标。【结论】处理T1菇渣∶粉煤灰=80∶20(体积比)混配基质有利于生菜种子萌发和幼苗生长,是生菜育苗较为理想的基质。
[Objective]The reuse of mushroom residue and fly ash in agriculture,especially as the possibility of lettuce seedling substrate were explored.[Methods]The bulk density,aeration porosity,water holding porosity,pore size ratio,total porosity,pH and EC values were measured with different volume ratios of mushroom residue and fly ash mixed substrate(80∶20,60∶40,50∶50,40∶60,20∶80)and commercial seedling substrate as control.The physical and chemical properties of mixed substrates and the effects of mixed substrates on seed germination and seedling growth of lettuce were studied.[Results]With the increase of fly ash content,the bulk density of the mixed substrate increased significantly,increased by 0.08~0.4 g/cm^(3),the aeration porosity increased by 0.11%,and the ratio of large and small pores increased by 0.04%,showing an overall upward trend.The total porosity decreased by 12.36%,the water holding porosity decreased by 12.44%,the pH and EC values gradually decreased,and the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium contents generally showed a downward trend.The germination rate and germination index of T1 treatment were the highest,and the germination rate of lettuce was higher than that of the control,which was increased by 32.67%.The growth indexes such as fresh weight,plant height and leaf number of lettuce seedlings were significantly improved.[Conclusion]Treatment T1 mixed substrate(spent mushroom residue∶fly ash=80∶20)was more conducive to germination of lettuce seeds,and an ideal substrate for seedling growth.
