摘要
应用Aspen Plus对工业生产中副产的低浓稀醛废水精馏提浓工艺进行了模拟与优化研究。研究结果表明:当提浓塔塔板数NT=50,进料位置NF=18,回流比R=7.7,馏出物进料比D/F=0.135,可实现在最优的工艺条件下将5%稀醛提浓为37%浓醛产品,处理后的废水中甲醛质量分数低至1×10^(-6)。该工艺对工业稀醛经济回收和环保处理具有较好的理论和实践指导价值。
Aspen Plus was applied to simulate and optimize the distillation and concentration process of low-concentration formaldehyde wastewater by-produced in industrial production.The results show that when the number of stages in the concentration tower is NT=50,the feed position is N_(F)=18,the reflux ratio is R=7.7,and the distillate feed ratio is D/F=0.135,it can be realized that 5%dilute formaldehyde can be concentrated into 37%concentrated formaldehyde under the optimal process conditions,and the formaldehyde mass fraction in the treated wastewater is as low as 1×10^(-6).This process has good theoretical and practical guiding value for the economic recovery of dilute formaldehyde in the industrial production and environmental protection treatment.The process has good theoretical and practical guidance value for the economic recovery of industrial dilute formaldehyde and environmental protection treatment.
