摘要
秸秆厌氧发酵生产的短链羧酸(Short-chain Carboxylic Acids,SCCAs)可作为污水处理厂小分子碳源使用,也可用于化学品、生物可降解材料等的合成,在秸秆资源化利用领域具有较好发展前景。然而,秸秆具有难降解、处理效率和速率低等弊端,利用秸秆为原料进行厌氧发酵产酸的研究非常有限。探讨了pH值、氮源种类、酶辅助糖化对秸秆在中温和高温条件下发酵产SCCAs的影响,结果表明中温发酵产酸效率显著高于高温发酵,酸性pH值(5~6)更适合秸秆发酵产酸;不同氮源种类对SCCAs的组成无明显影响,从产酸效果和成本上考虑,采用剩余污泥作为氮源比较有效且经济;SCCAs积累量随着纤维素酶添加量增加而升高,考虑酶成本,在较少酶(全糖化酶量的25%)添加条件下进行中温同步糖化发酵产酸为佳。研究成果可为建立高效秸秆厌氧发酵生产SCCAs技术提供一定基础。
Short-chain carboxylic acids(SCCAs)produced from the anaerobic fermentation of straw can be utilized as small-molecule car-bon sources in wastewater treatment plants,as well as for the synthesis of chemicals and biodegradable materials,showing promising prospects in the field of straw resource utilization.However,straw is difficult to degrade,with low processing efficiency and rates,and there is very limited re-search on using straw as a raw material for anaerobic fermentation to produce acids.This study explored the effects of pH,types of nitrogen sourc-es,and enzyme-assisted saccharification on the production of SCCAs from straw under mesophilic and thermophilic conditions.The results indicat-ed that the acid production efficiency was significantly higher under mesophilic fermentation than under thermophilic fermentation,and an acidic pH(5~6)was more suitable for straw fermentation to produce acids.Different nitrogen sources had no significant effect on the composition of SCCAs.Considering the acid production efficiency and cost,using residual sludge as a nitrogen source is more effective and economical.The accumulation of SCCAs increased with the increase in cellulase dosage.Considering the cost of enzymes,it is optimal to perform mesophilic simultaneous sacchar-ification and fermentation for acid production with a lower enzyme addition(25%of the full saccharification enzyme amount).The findings of this re-search can provide a foundation for establishing efficient straw anaerobic fermentation technology for SCCAs production.
