摘要
河流健康评价既是河流可持续管理的重要基础,也是治理城市河流的有效手段。以滨洲市滨城区内河流为例,结合点流域尺度,对典型的人类主导河流生态系统的健康状况进行了评价。本文从生态系统的重要功能出发,基于不同河段的典型样地调查、问卷调查和遥感技术,采用基于因子分析法的模糊综合评价模型,构建了能够定量反映城市河流生态健康状况的指标体系。该综合评价指标体系包括五大功能:社会功能、生境与廊道功能、水生态功能、水景观功能和空间围挡功能。采用模糊综合评价、和谐度评价方法,对河流系统健康状况进行了评价,结果表明:下游的协调发展水平受到生态完整性与社会服务功能综合发展水平的制约。本文提出的河流健康评估框架为当地河流管理提供了一个工具,并将适用于其他人类主导的河流流域。
River health assessment is an important foundation for sustainable management of rivers and an effective means of governing urban rivers.Taking the river flow in Bincheng District as an example,combined with the watershed scale,the health status of typical human dominated river ecosystems was evaluated.Starting from the important functions of the ecosystem,this study constructs an indicator system that can quantitatively reflect the ecological health status of urban rivers,based on typical site surveys,questionnaire surveys,and remote sensing technology in different river sections,using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on factor analysis.The comprehensive evaluation index system includes five functions:social function,habitat and corridor function,water ecological function,water landscape function,and spatial enclosure function.The health status of the river system was evaluated using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and harmony evaluation methods.The results showed that the coordinated development level of the downstream is constrained by the comprehensive development level of ecological integrity and social service functions.The river health assessment framework proposed in this article provides a tool for local river management and will be applicable to other human dominated river basins.
