摘要
以100 t/d含水率80%的市政污泥为研究对象,采用酸浸+低温干化+生物质混合造粒的工艺路线,分析了其物料平衡、工艺投资、运行成本和收入情况。结果表明:通过该工艺处理,可以回收絮凝剂和磷肥资源,同时提高造粒后生物质的热值,项目工艺共投资约1 900万元,年利润约388万元,相对污泥干化焚烧,投资成本较低而收益较高,具有一定的实用价值。
This study focuses on the treatment of 100 t/d of municipal sludge with an 80%moisture content.A process route involving acid leaching,low-temperature drying,and biomass co-pelletization was adopted to analyze the material balance,process investment,operational costs,and revenue.The results indicate that this process can recover coagulants and phosphorus fertilizer resources while enhancing the calorific value of the pelletized biomass.The total investment for a single project process is approximately 19 million yuan,with an annual profit of about 3.88 million yuan.Compared to sludge drying and incineration,this process has a lower investment cost and higher returns,demonstrating practical research value.
