摘要
库欣病临床症状轻重不一,累及全身,诊断和治疗极具挑战。近年来,库欣病病因机制的拓展、检查方法的更新、创新药物的研发为疾病认识和治疗带来了更多选择。为提高库欣病认识,规范疾病诊断、治疗和随访,由中华医学会内分泌学分会专家起草,经讨论和制定完成本库欣病诊治专家共识,旨在更好地指导临床实践,加强综合管理,改善患者生活质量。
Cushing disease presents a significant clinical challenge due to the variability in symptom severity and associated comorbidities.Recent advancements have improved our understanding of its underlying mechanisms,refined diagnostic approaches,and introduced innovative treatments strategies.To enhance clinical management and standardize diagnostic,therapeutic,and follow-up protocols,experts from endocrinology,surgery,and radiology collaborated to develop a consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of Cushing disease.This expert consensus serves as a guideline to improve clinical decision-making and optimize patient outcomes.
