摘要
水性聚氨酯是一种重要的聚合物。采用丙烯酸酯单体作为聚氨酯预聚体降黏的溶剂,扩链、中和并加水乳化后再将丙烯酸酯乳液聚合,制备出互穿网络结构水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯复合乳液。复合乳液制备成胶膜后考察其力学性能,探究丙烯酸酯与聚氨酯不同比例,以及不同种类丙烯酸酯用量对胶膜力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用此方法制备所得胶膜力学性能优异,最佳配方下的胶膜拉伸强度达45.17 MPa、断裂伸长率达400.6%、杨氏模量达332.70 MPa。
Waterborne polyurethane is an important polymer.In this study,acrylate monomer was used as the solvent to reduce the viscosity of polyurethane prepolymer,which was chain-expanded,neutralized,emulsified with water,and then polymerized with acrylate monomers.The mechanical properties of the film were investigated after the composite emulsion was prepared,the ratio of acrylate to polyurethane and the effects of different acrylate on the mechanical properties of the film were investigated.The results show that the mechanical properties of the film prepared by this method are excellent.The tensile strength of the film is 45.17 MPa,the elongation at break is 400.6%,and the Young's modulus is 332.70 MPa.
