摘要
教材建设是高校心理健康教育的重要环节,当前大学生心理健康教育教材(简称“心育教材”)的数量增长很快,但质量堪忧。主要问题有:在编制取向上,一些教材编制思想不清晰,理论基础不扎实,心理学取向明显,缺乏综合性思考;在内容选择上,一些教材思想性欠缺,学理性不足,纵深度不够,典型性不强;在教学设计上,以教为中心、以知为主导、以课为主体、以用为导向的设计存在偏差。因此,应从立德树人的高度优化大学生心育教材,在规范化引导的同时,致力于优质化建设,打造具有示范性的精品教材;在提升教材学理性的同时,密切结合新时代特点编制教材;应使教材切合大学生心理,贴近大学生生活,在体现教材共性要求基础上,针对不同层次、不同类型大学生特点打造具有特色的心育精品教材。
Textbook compilation plays a pivotal role in mental health education in universities and colleges.Currently,in spite of the fast growing number of this kind of textbooks,their quality is worth attention.The problems are as follows:unclear compliation ideas,weak theoretical foundation,obvious psychological inclination,and lack of comprehensive thinking in compilation orientation;lack of political guidance,theoretical exploration,research profoundity,representativeness in the content selection;unbalanced teaching design,which centers on teacher,theoretical knowledge,classroom teaching and pragmatism.We should adhere to the principle of cultivating morality and talents and set strict standards for compilation,so as to compile top-quality teaching materials.We must endeavor to enhance the theoretical profoundity and reflect the characteristics of the New Era,conforming to the psychological characteristics of different levels and types of college students.
