方钢管焊接T形钢组合截面柱轴压整体稳定性

摘要 为研究初始几何缺陷和残余应力对不同钢材强度、正则长细比的方钢管焊接T形钢组合截面柱轴压整体稳定性的影响,使用ABAQUS软件建立模型,通过改变构件的钢材强度、初始几何缺陷、残余应力及正则长细比对方钢管焊接T形钢组合截面柱的轴压整体稳定性进行分析。结果表明:残余应力对构件整体稳定性能的影响最大;随着钢材强度提高,构件稳定性提高;随着正则长细比增大,初始几何缺陷和残余应力对构件整体稳定性的影响降低。 To investigate the influence of initial geometric imperfections and residual stresses on the global stability of square steel tube-welded T-shaped steel composite section columns with different steel strengths and normalized slenderness ratios,a model was established using ABAQUS software.By varying the steel strength,initial geometric imperfections,residual stresses,and normalized slenderness ratios of the components,the global stability performance of the square steel tube-welded T-shaped steel composite section columns was analyzed.The results indicate that residual stresses have the greatest impact on the global stability performance of the components;as the steel strength increases,the stability of the components improves;with an increase in the normalized slenderness ratio,the influence of initial geometric imperfections and residual stresses on the global stability of the components decreases.
