摘要
注水井中的水垢问题严重影响管道和设备的运行效率与使用寿命,因此开发高效阻垢剂成为解决此问题的关键。以苯乙烯、马来酸酐和丙烯酸为单体,制备了新型阻垢剂BAMP,并系统评价了其在不同条件下的阻垢性能。通过优化合成工艺,探讨了单体物质的量比、引发剂质量分数、反应温度和反应时间对阻垢剂性能的影响。结果表明:当苯乙烯、马来酸酐和丙烯酸的单体物质的量比为2∶1∶1、引发剂质量分数为0.7%、反应温度为90℃、反应时间为6 h时,阻垢剂BAMP的阻垢效率达到最大值93%。静态阻垢实验显示,当阻垢剂质量分数为0.25%时,钙和镁的沉淀抑制效率分别达到92.5%和87.4%。动态堵管实验结果表明,当阻垢剂质量分数为0.25%时,管道内的压力变化减少到仅2%,流速变化减少到-2%。
The scale problem in water injection wells seriously affects the operating efficiency and service life of pipelines and equipment.The development of efficient scale inhibitors has become the key to solving this problem.In this paper,styrene,maleic anhydride and acrylic acid were used as monomers to prepare a new scale inhibitor BAMP,and its scale inhibition performance under different conditions was systematically evaluated.By optimizing the synthesis process,the effects of monomer ratio,initiator mass fraction,reaction temperature and reaction time on the performance of the scale inhibitor were explored.When the monomer molar ratio of styrene,maleic anhydride,acrylic acid was 2∶1∶1,the mass fraction of initiator was 0.7%,the reaction temperature was 90℃and the reaction time was 6 h,the scale inhibition efficiency of BAMP reached the highest value 93%.The static scale inhibition experiment showed that when the scale inhibitor mass fraction was 0.25%,the precipitation inhibition efficiency of calcium and magnesium reached 92.5%and 87.4%respectively.The results of the dynamic pipe plugging experiment showed that when the scale inhibitor mass fraction was 0.25%,the pressure change in the pipeline was reduced to only 2%,and the flow rate change was reduced to-2%.
