摘要
该规程规定了EMS诱变苹果育种时的材料要求、诱变方法、诱变剂量、育苗、移栽、田间管理、初选及复选等技术内容。有利于规范和指导EMS诱变苹果育种研究,降低苹果育种成本,缩短育种年限,提高育种效率,为苹果育种提供新种质。
This regulation sets the rules for apple breeding using ethyl methanesulfonate(EMS).It covers selecting materials,mutagenesis methods,the amount of mutagen,growing seedlings,transplanting,managing fields,and choosing the best plants in the first and second rounds of selection.The use of this regulation helps standardize EMS-induced apple breeding research and provides clear guidance.It reduces breeding costs,shortens the breeding time,and improves efficiency.It provides novel germplasm resources for apple improvement.
