摘要
随着高校教育体制改革不断推进,高校档案管理工作面临着更多新要求。在数字化转型视域下,高职院校要加强档案管理工作,充分利用数字化技术的优势,加强档案信息化建设。基于此,文章分析了数字化转型视域下高职院校档案管理的意义,并提出了高职院校档案管理的有效策略,以期为促进高职院校档案管理工作的数字化转型提供一定的参考和借鉴,从而推动我国高职院校档案管理工作走向标准化、规范化、科学化,提升我国高职院校档案管理工作水平。
With the continuous advancement of the reform of the higher education system,the management of university archives is facing more new requirements.In the context of digital transformation,vocational colleges should strengthen archive management,fully utilize the advantages of digital technology,and enhance archive informatization construction.Based on this,the article analyzes the significance of archive management in vocational colleges from the perspective of digital transformation,and proposes effective strategies for archive management in vocational colleges,in order to provide some reference and inspiration for promoting the digital transformation of archive management in vocational colleges,and thus promoting the standardization,normalization,and scientificization of archive management in vocational colleges in China,and improving the level of archive management in vocational colleges in China.
