摘要
成渝地区的新能源汽车物流服务水平面临着配套协作不完善和标准化整合不足的挑战。为了优化新能源汽车物流服务水平,提升成渝地区的区域经济整体竞争力,文章通过现场调研、专家访谈等方法,对30余家成渝地区的物流服务商进行了调查,并对其中6家进行了SWOT分析。文章总结了现有的新能源汽车物流服务水平和服务需求,并据此构建了一个包括网络与资源实力、服务质量与效率、低碳与技术发展、成本与风险管理四个层级的成渝地区新能源汽车物流服务水平评价指标体系。结合当前标准化、智能化、全球化的发展现状,提出了7条针对性的服务水平提升对策与建议。
The logistics service of new energy vehicles in Chengdu-Chongqing region is confronted with the challenges from insufficient supporting collaboration and inadequate standardization.Aiming to optimize the logistics service of new energy vehicles,promote the comprehensive competitiveness of regional economy of Chengdu-Chongqing region,we conducted a survey on more than 30 logistics service providers in Chengdu-Chongqing region through on-site research and expert interviews,six of which were analyzed on the SWOT basis.Based on the analysis of the current new energy vehicle logistics service situation and service demands,this paper accordingly constructs an evaluation index system for the service of new energy vehicle logistics in Chengdu-Chongqing region which includes basic strength,service effectiveness,innovation development,and risk control management.In addition,we also put forward seven specific suggestions to improve the service of new energy vehicle logistics,which are in high conformity with the current situation of standardization,intelligentization and globalization.
