湖北省蒌蒿中镉含量及膳食暴露风险评估

Cadmium content and dietary exposure risk assessment of Artemisia selengensis in Hubei Province

摘要 为评估湖北省蒌蒿(Artemisia selengensis)中的镉含量及其对居民健康的膳食暴露风险,对湖北省采集的155个蒌蒿(芦蒿)样品进行分析。结果表明,镉含量检出范围在0.0030~0.3040 mg/kg,平均值为0.0989 mg/kg。依据GB 2762—2017标准,超标率为74.84%。若按照茎类蔬菜的限量值0.10 mg/kg评估,超标率降至30.97%。单项污染指数显示轻度污染,但若以茎类蔬菜标准评估,则属于安全等级。儿童及成人的膳食安全限值(MOS)均大于1,表明镉摄入风险较小。此外,蒌蒿各部位对镉的富集系数从高到低依次为茎、叶、顶芽,显示蒌蒿对土壤中镉有一定的富集作用。建议完善水生蔬菜中重金属暴露的风险评估,并制定合理的安全限量标准,以保障蒌蒿的绿色高效生产和消费者健康。 The aim of this study was to evaluate the cadmium content in Artemisia selengensis and its dietary exposure risk to residents’health in Hubei Province.The 155 samples of Artemisia selengensis collected in Hubei Province were analyzed.The results showed that the detection range of cadmium content was 0.0030~0.3040 mg/kg,and the average value was 0.0989 mg/kg.According to GB 2762—2017 standard,the over-standard rate was 74.84%.If evaluated according to the limit value of stem vegetables 0.10 mg/kg,the over-standard rate was reduced to 30.97%.The one-way pollution index showed mild pollution,but if evaluated by the standard of stem vegetables,it belonged to the safety level.The dietary safety limits(MOS)of children and adults were greater than 1,indicating that the risk of cadmium intake was small.In addition,the enrichment coefficient of cadmium in each part of Artemisia selengensis from high to low was stem,leaf and apical bud,which showed that Artemisia selengensis had a certain enrichment effect on cadmium in soil.It is suggested that the risk assessment of heavy metal exposure in aquatic vegetables should be improved,and reasonable safety limit standards should be established to ensure the green and efficient production of Artemisia selengensis and the health of consumers.
