摘要
分析了湖北省黄冈市双季稻作为湖北省的传统双季稻主产区,种植面积持续下降的现状,总结了黄冈市双季稻面积和产量的变化趋势,并指出存在的自然灾害频发、农田基础设施薄弱、水土资源约束性增强以及劳动力短缺等关键问题。针对这些问题,提出了加强新优技术研发与应用、加大政策支持力度、培育壮大生产主体和加强高标准农田建设等对策,旨在为双季稻的推广应用和粮食安全提供科学参考,并促进黄冈市双季稻产业的可持续发展。
This paper analyzed the present situation of the continuous decline of planting area in Huanggang City,Hubei Province,which was the main producing area of traditional double-cropping rice in Hubei Province,and summarized the change trend of area and yield of double-cropping rice in Huanggang City,and pointed out the key problems such as frequent natural disasters,weak farmland infrastructure,enhanced constraints of water and soil resources and labor shortage.In view of these problems,this paper put forward some countermeasures,such as strengthening the research and development and application of new and excellent technologies,increasing policy support,cultivating and expanding production entities,and strengthening the construction of high-standard farmland,in order to provide scientific reference for the popularization and application of double-cropping rice and food security,and promote the sustainable development of double-cropping rice industry in Huanggang City.
