摘要
阐述烟草(Nicotiana tabacum L.)田间种植和采摘收获过程中使用的各类机械设备,总结烟草种植收获机械的特点,结合机械设备的性能与参数,归纳烟草种植管理机械化的进展与不足,认为在不同区域引进和推广烟草种植机械设备可以提高烟草生产效率、降低劳动成本、改善烟叶品质。机械化技术在烟草种植业中的应用已经初见成效,但仍需进一步完善和推广,建议从农机区域化应用、设计多用型机械、建立交流合作平台等方面推动烟草种植收获机械化的发展与进步。
This article elaborated on various types of mechanical equipment used in tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum L.)field planting and harvesting processes,summarized the characteristics of tobacco planting and harvesting machinery,and combined the performance and parameters of mechanical equipment to summarize the progress and shortcomings of mechanization in tobacco planting management,it was believed that introducing and promoting tobacco planting machinery and equipment in different regions could improve tobacco production efficiency,reduce labor costs,and improve tobacco quality.The application of mechanization technology in tobacco planting had shown initial results,but further improvement and promotion were still needed.It was suggested to promote the development and progress of tobacco planting and harvesting mechanization from the aspects of regional application of agricultural machinery,design of multi-purpose machinery,and establishment of communication and cooperation platforms.
