鄂北地区麦后直播棉缩节胺用量研究

Study on the dosage of mepiquat chloride in direct seeding cotton after wheat in Northern Hubei Province

摘要 为明确鄂北地区麦后直播棉缩节胺的最佳用量,于2022年、2023年分别设置6个缩节胺用量递增处理,以正常喷施缩节胺为对照,5叶期第1次喷施缩节胺,各处理用量分别为1.5 g/hm^(2)(CR1)、3.0 g/hm^(2)(CR2)、4.5 g/hm^(2)(CR3)、6.0 g/hm^(2)(CK)、7.5 g/hm^(2)(CR4)、9.0 g/hm^(2)(CR5),10叶期、15叶期每个处理的用量分别为第1次用量的2、4倍,打顶后每个处理的用量为前3次用量之和,分析了喷施缩节胺后对棉花农艺性状、产量性状和纤维品质的影响。结果表明,增加缩节胺用量能够显著抑制棉花株高、主茎节位数和倒四主茎节间距,但对棉花产量和纤维品质无显著影响。两年试验中CR4的产量及农艺性状较优,因此鄂北地区麦后直播棉缩节胺适宜用量为5叶期7.5 g/hm^(2)、10叶期15.0 g/hm^(2)、15叶期30.0 g/hm^(2)、打顶后52.5 g/hm^(2)。 In order to determine the best dosage of mepiquat chloride in direct seeding cotton after wheat in northern Hubei Province,six treatments with increasing dosage of mepiquat chloride were set in 2022 and 2023 respectively,with normal spraying of mepiquat chloride as control.The dosage of each treatment of the first spraying in 5-leaf stage was 1.5 g/hm^(2)(CR1),3.0 g/hm^(2)(CR2),4.5 g/hm^(2)(CR3),6.0 g/hm^(2)(CK),7.5 g/hm^(2)(CR4)and 9.0 g/hm^(2)(CR5),respectively.The dosage in 10-leaf stage and 15-leaf stage was 2 times and 4 times of that of the first time,respectively,and the dosage of each treatment after topping was the sum of the first three times.The effects of spraying mepiquat chloride on agronomic characters,yield characters and fiber quality of cotton were analyzed.The results showed that increasing the amount of mepiquat chloride could significantly inhibit the plant height,the number of nodes in the main stem and the distance between the four main stem nodes,but had no significant effect on the yield and fiber quality of cotton.In the two-year experiment,the yield and fiber quality of CR4 treatment were good,so the dosage of mepiquat chloride in direct seeding cotton after wheat in northern Hubei Province was 7.5 g/hm^(2)in 5-leaf stage,15.0 g/hm^(2)in 10-leaf stage,30.0 g/hm^(2)in 15-leaf stage and 52.5 g/hm^(2)after topping.
