摘要
目的 观察复方斑蝥胶囊作为辅助治疗手段,对晚期卵巢癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及预后的影响。方法 将我院晚期卵巢癌患者76例随机分为对照组与实验组各38例。对照组接受标准一线化疗方案,实验组在对照组治疗基础上加用复方斑蝥胶囊治疗。观察两组临床疗效,卡氏行为能力状况量表(KPS)、生存质量测定量表简表(QOL-BREF)评估辅助治疗疗效,检测晚期卵巢癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平,检测肿瘤标志物血CA125和人附睾蛋白4(HE4)水平,统计不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,实验组肿瘤总缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组KPS评分以及QOL-BREF评分均高于治疗前,且实验组上述指标高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组CD4^(+)淋巴细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值和NK细胞水平高于治疗前,CD8^(+)低于治疗前,实验组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值、NK细胞水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05);两组CA125、HE4水平低于治疗前,实验组上述指标低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方斑蝥胶囊作为晚期卵巢癌的辅助治疗药物,可提高患者生活质量,对预后产生积极影响。
Objective To observe the effects of adjuvant therapy with Compound Cantharides Capsules on peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and prognosis of patients with advanced ovarian neoplasms.Methods A total of 76 patients with advanced ovarian neoplasms were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 38 cases in each group.Control group was given standard first-line chemotherapy regimen,while experimental group was additionally treated with Compound Cantharides Capsules.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed;the curative effect of adjuvant therapy was evaluated by Kamofsky Performance Status(KPS)and Quality of Life-brief Form(QOL-BREF);the levels of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and serum tumor markers [CA125,human epididymis protein 4(HE4)] were detected;the occurrence of adverse reactions was statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the overall response rates,scores of KPS and QOL-BREF were increased in both groups,which were higher in experimental group than control group( P<0.05);the levels of CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio,and NK cells increased in both groups,which were higher in experimental group than control group,while CD8^(+)was decreased,which was lower in experimental group than control group( P<0.05);the levels of CA125 and HE4 were decreased in both groups,which were lower in experimental group than control group( P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group( P<0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant therapy with Compound Cantharides Capsules can improve quality of life,which has positive effects on prognosis.
