基于强化湍流设计的化工设备内部流道优化工艺研究

摘要 为了提升化工设备内部流道的传热性能与能量利用效率,文章基于强化湍流理论优化流道结构,结合几何构型调整、微观表面特征设计、数值模拟与实验测试,分析不同结构参数对湍流强度、传热性能及压降的影响。结果表明,优化后的流道几何结构显著增强近壁区湍流混合,传热系数提升58.5%,湍流强度提高65%,压降增幅控制在合理范围内。实验验证优化方案具备良好的工业适应性,并可有效降低设备运行能耗,为高效能流体设备的设计提供理论支撑与工程参考。 In order to improve the heat transfer performance and energy utilization efficiency of the internal flow channel of chemical equipment,the flow channel structure is optimized based on the enhanced turbulence theory,and the influence of different structural parameters on the turbulence intensity,heat transfer performance and pressure drop is analyzed in combination with the geometric configuration adjustment,microscopic surface feature design,numerical simulation and experimental test.The results show that the optimized channel geometry significantly enhances the turbulent mixing in the near wall area,increasing the heat transfer coefficient by 58.5%,the turbulence intensity by 65%,and the increase of pressure drop is controlled within a reasonable range.The experimental verification optimization scheme has good industrial adaptability,and can effectively reduce the energy consumption of equipment operation,and provide theoretical support and engineering reference for the design of efficient fluid equipment.
