摘要
目的:观察烧山火针刺法结合耳穴压豆治疗原发性痛经的效果。方法:136例随机分为对照组和试验组各68例,两组均予以耳穴压豆治疗,试验组加用烧山火针刺法治疗。结果:总有效率试验组较对照组高(P<0.05),治疗后简化McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)、COX痛经症状评分量表(CMSS)评分试验组较对照组低(P<0.05),治疗后子宫动脉阻力指数(RI)、平均血流速度(Vm)、搏动指数(PI)试验组优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率试验组与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:烧山火针刺法结合耳穴压豆治疗原发性痛经疗效较好且安全。
Objective:To observe the effect of mountain burning fire acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing beans in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:A total of 136 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 68 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with auricular point pressing beans,and the experimental group was treated with burning mountain fire acupuncture.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of SF-MPQ and CMSS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine artery resistance index(RI),mean blood flow velocity(Vm)and pulsatility index(PI)in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Burning mountain fire acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing beans is effective and safe in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
