摘要
主要阐述了针对转炉一次除尘风机转子在线使用时间短的问题,长钢炼钢厂通过对一次除尘系统相变塔内喷枪布局方式、脱水器脱水方式进行优化,同步提高风机转子滑动轴瓦进油压力,进一步提升了粗除尘和脱水器脱水效果,延长了风机转子在线使用时间,降低了备件消耗成本。
In response to the problem of short online service life of the primary dust removal fan rotor in the converter,Shougang Changgang Steel Plant optimized the layout of the spray gun in the phase change tower of the primary dust removal system and the dehydration method of the dehydrator,synchronously increasing the oil inlet pressure of the sliding bearing of the fan rotor,further improving the coarse dust removal and dehydration effects of the dehydrator,extending the online service time of the fan rotor,and reducing the cost of spare parts consumption.
