CD44^(+)胶质瘤中PTK7、ALKBH5表达水平与临床预后的关系

摘要 目的:分析CD44^(+)胶质瘤中酪氨酸蛋白激酶-7(PTK7)、RNA去甲基化酶ALKB同源物5(ALKBH5)表达水平与临床预后的关系。方法:纳入2021年1月—2024年6月在邓州市中心医院(邓州市人民医院)收治的CD44^(+)胶质瘤患者65例,根据患者预后情况将其分为预后良好组(n=31,存活)和预后不良组(n=34,死亡)。比较两组患者胶质瘤组织中PTK7、ALKBH5表达水平。以多因素Cox回归分析评估CD44^(+)胶质瘤组织中PTK7、ALKBH5表达水平与临床预后的相关性。以受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估CD44^(+)胶质瘤组织中PTK7、ALKBH5表达水平对患者预后的预测价值。结果:相较于预后良好组,预后不良组胶质瘤组织中PTK7、ALKBH5表达水平明显更高(P<0.001)。经多因素Cox回归分析评估,胶质瘤组织中PTK7、ALKBH5表达水平与预后呈正相关(P<0.001)。ROC曲线显示,胶质瘤组织中PTK7、ALKBH5表达水平预测患者预后的曲线下面积分别为0.826、0.859,敏感度分别为61.29%、74.19%,特异度分别为88.24%、85.29%。结论:CD44^(+)胶质瘤患者胶质瘤组织中PTK7、ALKBH5表达水平与临床预后具有一定相关性,PTK7、ALKBH5表达水平越高,预示患者预后越差,可为临床治疗方案制定提供参考依据。 Objective:To analyze the relationship between the expression levels of tyrosine protein kinase-7(PTK7)and RNA demethylase ALKB homolog 5(ALKBH5)in CD44^(+)gliomas and the clinical prognosis.Methods:A total of sixty-five patients with CD44^(+)gliomas who were admitted to Dengzhou Central Hospital(Dengzhou People's Hospital)from January 2021 to June 2024 were included.According to the prognosis of the patients,they were divided into the good prognosis group(n=31,survival)and the poor prognosis group(n=34,death).The expression levels of PTK7 and ALKBH5 in glioma tissues of the two groups of patients were compared.The correlations between the expression levels of PTK7 and ALKBH5 in CD44^(+)gliomas tissues and clinical prognosis were evaluated by multivariate Cox regression analysis.The predictive value of the expression levels of PTK7 and ALKBH5 in CD44^(+)gliomas tissues for the prognosis of patients was evaluated by the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results:Compared with the good prognosis group,the expression levels of PTK7 and ALKBH5 in gliomas tissues of the poor prognosis group were significantly higher(P<0.001).After evaluation by multivariate Cox regression analysis,the expression levels of PTK7 and ALKBH5 in gliomas tissues were positively correlated with prognosis(P<0.001).The ROC curve showed that the areas under the curve of the expression levels of PTK7 and ALKBH5 in gliomas tissues for predicting the prognosis of patients were 0.826 and 0.859,respectively,with sensitivities of 61.29%and 74.19%,respectively,and specificities of 88.24%and 85.29%,respectively.Conclusion:The expression levels of PTK7 and ALKBH5 in gliomas tissues of patients with CD44^(+)gliomas have a certain correlation with clinical prognosis.The higher the expression levels of PTK7 and ALKBH5,the worse the prognosis of the patients is predicted,which can provide a reference basis for the formulation of clinical treatment plans.
