摘要
高校党建引领事业发展已成为高校治理体系研究和提高立德树人成效的根本遵循。建构主义与高校党建在理论、实践和目标维度上具有统一性,为构建高校党建引领学院发展形成范式提供了理论指导。加强党建学术研究,建构党建理论,形成党建学术研究新局面;依托互联网技术手段,把立德树人、专业教学、学科科研、社会服务、国际交流和文化宣传等业务工作作为党建工作新内容;从学术研究、技术支撑、党建与业务艺术化互融互促三个维度开展党建工作,构建党建与业务互融互促新机制。由虚向实转变党建观念,最终实现为党育人、为国育才目标。
The leadership of university Party building has become the fundamental principle for the research of university governance system and the improvement of the effectiveness of moral education and talent cultivation.Constructivism and university Party building have unity in theory,practice,and goal dimensions,providing theoretical guidance for constructing a paradigm of university Party building leading the development of universities.We strengthen academic research on Party building,construct Party building theories,a new situation of academic research on Party building are formed.By relying on internet technology,the cultivation of moral character,professional teaching,disciplinary research,social services,international exchanges and cultural propaganda were being new contents of Party building work.Party building were carried out from three dimensions:academic research,technical support,and the integration and promotion of Party building and professional work,a new mechanism for the integration and promotion of Party building and professional work are built.Transforming the concept of Party building from illusion to reality,the goal of educating people for the Party and talents for the country would be ultimately achieved.
