摘要
研究纺织参数,设计合理的工艺参数,实现不采用化学整理剂处理而提高生物基PA56混纺面料的抗皱性能。选取生物基PA56及纤维素纤维,按照合理工艺混合纺制成纱线;将得到的纱线进行织造成坯布;对坯布进行前处理并定形。制得的生物基PA56面料经过5次洗涤后,抗皱性能可达3.0级及以上。
Textile parameters are studied,and reasonable process parameters are designed to improve the wrinkle resistance of bio-based PA56 blended fabrics without using chemical finishing agents.Bio-based nylon 56 and cellulose fibers are selected to mix and spin yarn according to reasonable process.The obtained yarn is woven into grey cloth.Pretreat and shape the grey cloth.The obtained bio-based nylon 56 fabric can reach a crease resistance level of 3.0 or more after 5 times of washing.
