应用型高校“五育融合”人才培养:价值意蕴、构建困境与突破路径

Talent Cultivation of “Integration of Five Educations” in Application-Oriented Universities:Value Implications,Construction Difficulties,and Breakthrough Paths

摘要 本文对“五育并举”“五育融合”和“德智体美劳”全面发展的概念进行了辨析,论述了应用型高校“五育融合”人才培养是新时代新发展的必然选择、高等教育发展的必然规律、学生全面发展的必然要求,分析了应用型高校“五育融合”人才培养现存的认识尚不到位、目标尚未建立、机制尚不完善、师资较为缺乏、课程尚未融合等问题,提出了树立“五育融合”发展理念、探索“五育融合”评价体系、健全“五育融合”工作机制、打造“五育融合”师资团队、构建“五育融合”课程体系等应用型高校“五育融合”人才培养的突破路径。 This article analyzes the concepts of “simultaneous development of five educations”,“integration of five educations”,and “comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor”.It discusses that the talent cultivation of “integration of five educations” in application-oriented universities is an inevitable choice for the new era and new development,an inevitable law for the development of higher education,and an inevitable requirement for the comprehensive development of students.It analyzes the existing problems of insufficient understanding,unclear goals,incomplete mechanisms,lack of teaching staff,and lack of curriculum integration in the talent cultivation of “integration of five educations” in application-oriented universities.It proposes breakthrough paths for application-oriented universities to achieve “integration of five educations” in talent cultivation,including the establishment of the development concept of “integration of five educations”,exploration of the evaluation system of “integration of five educations”,improvement of the working mechanism of “integration of five educations”,creation of an “integration of five educations” teaching staff team,and construction of an “integration of five educations” curriculum system.
