摘要
采用PumpLinx软件对孔板式比例控制器的内部流场和流量比例特性进行数值模拟研究,分析不同压差条件下定比例和变比例控制器各组元流量及其比例的演变规律。结果表明,定比例控制器在定流量和变流量工况均能保持其流量比例不变,变比例控制器海水比例随着流量的增大而近似线性增大,海水比例在定流量工况脉动较弱,但由于自适应阀在变流量工况下发生振荡,导致海水比例在变流量工况下脉动加剧,而且脉动幅值随着流量的增大而增加。研究成果为研制定比例和变比例多组元比例控制器提供了新的思路和理论基础。
The PumpLinx software was used to conduct a numerical simulation of the internal flow field and flow ratio characteristic of the orifice plate proportional controller.The analysis focused on the evolution of the flow rate and its ratio for each component of both fixed proportional and variable proportional controllers under different differential pressure conditions.The results indicate that the fixed proportional controller can maintain a constant flow ratio in both steady and variable flow conditions.In contrast,the seawater ratio of the variable proportional controller increases linearly with the flow rate and exhibits weak pulsations under the steady flow condition.However,in the variable flow condition,the seawater ratio pulsates more intensely due to the oscillations of adaptive valves,and the amplitude of pulsation increases with the flow rate.The research results offer a new insight and theoretical foundation for the development of fixed proportional and variable proportional multi-component proportional controllers.
