摘要
屋面防渗漏是房建工程质量控制中的关键环节,直接关系到建筑的使用寿命和居住舒适度。文章通过分析屋面防渗漏的重要性,探讨了当前常用的防渗漏施工技术及其应用现状,重点研究了新型防水材料的性能与施工工艺。通过对实际案例的分析,总结了防渗漏施工中的常见问题及其解决策略,以期为房建工程的可持续发展提供技术支持。
Roof leakage prevention is a key link in the quality control of building construction projects,which directly affects the service life and living comfort of the building.This paper analyzes the importance of roof leakage prevention,explores the commonly used leakage prevention construction technologies and their application status,and focuses on the performance and construction technology of new waterproof materials.Through the analysis of practical cases,common problems and their solutions in leakage prevention construction have been summarized,in order to provide technical support for the sustainable development of building construction projects.
