摘要
为了提升涉外项目管理绩效,本研究通过深入分析环境、社会和治理(ESG)要素在涉外项目管理中的作用机理,探讨了ESG与项目管理绩效之间的密切关系,发现在绩效评估、风险控制和持续发展目标达成等方面,ESG的应用能够显著提升涉外项目的整体品质和股东价值。针对现行的实践中存在诸多挑战,例如ESG数据可靠性、标准化缺失及监督执行不足等问题,本研究聚焦于制定切实可行的ESG整合策略,包括建立多维度的评估体系、设计适应性强的管理流程以及强化跨界协调能力等,旨在为涉外项目管理中ESG理念的有效应用提供一套理论与实践路径。
In order to improve the performance of foreign-related project management,this study deeply analyzes the mechanism of Environmental,Social,and Governance(ESG)elements in foreign-related project management,explores the close relationship between ESG and project management performance,and finds that the application of ESG can significantly enhance the overall quality and shareholder value of foreign-related projects in performance evaluation,risk control,and achievement of sustainable development goals.In response to the many challenges in current practice,such as the reliability of ESG data,lack of standardization,and insufficient supervision and implementation,this study focuses on developing practical and feasible ESG integration strategies,including establishing a multidimensional evaluation system,designing adaptable management processes,and strengthening cross-border coordination capabilities.The aim is to provide a theoretical and practical path for the effective application of ESG concepts in foreign-related project management.
