摘要
生物资源是国家经济与社会发展的重要战略资源,是生命科学和生物技术研发的基础材料。长期、稳定、安全保藏生物资源是确保生物资源质量的关键,从而可为促进生物资源的研究和利用奠定基础。近年来,低温冷冻、组织培养和体细胞冷冻等保藏技术不断发展并得到广泛应用。本文综述了当前不同类型生物资源保藏技术研究进展及面临的挑战,以期为海关高质量保藏外来生物资源提供借鉴和参考。
Bioresources are important strategic resources for national economic and social development,and are the basic materials for life science and biotechnology research and development.Long-term,stable and safe conservation of bioresources is the key to ensuring the quality,thus providing the basis for promoting research and utilization.In recent years,conservation techniques such as cryopreservation,tissue culture,and somatic cells cryopreservation have emerged and become widely used.This paper reviews the progress and challenges of research on conservation techniques for different types of bioresources,with a view to providing insights and references for customs to conserve alien bioresources with high quality.
