摘要
万历年间,废铜仁长官司为铜仁县,县治附郭。至清初,铜仁县仍为铜仁府内唯一县级机构,当地复杂的社会环境极其考验地方官员的治理能力。国家图书馆所藏《学庵类稿》保留铜仁知县王原在铜仁县任职四年的公牍,记载其作为县官应对当地复杂环境的措施,呈现了清初铜仁府附郭县的县域治理,是了解地方官员对改土归流地区管理的珍贵材料。
During the Wanli period,the lawsuit of abolishing Tongren was Tongren County,and the county was attached to Guo.Until the early Qing Dynasty,Tongren County was still the only county-level institution in Tongren Prefecture,and the local complex social environment extremely tested the governance ability of local officials.The draft of Xuean in the National Library retains the official document of Wang Yuan,a magistrate of Tongren County,who worked in Tongren County for four years,and records his measures to deal with the local complex environment as a county official.This paper presents the county governance of Fuguo County in Tongren Prefecture in the early Qing Dynasty,which is a valuable material to understand the management of local officials in the area of returning land to flow.
